Isaiah 25:7-9

⁷ On this mountain the Lord will take away the things
    that make all people sad.
He will remove the cloth
    that covers the people of all nations.
⁸ The Almighty Lord will destroy death for ever.
    He will clean away the tears in everyone's eyes.
His people will not feel ashamed any more.
    Nobody in all the world will ever insult them again.
That is what the Lord has said.
